The area around Treviso is magical, a prosperous flatland bordered by the alps to the north with a rich history of food, wine and architecture. Come here to visit Villa Maser, one of Palladio's famous villas, to taste delicious Grappa or Prosecco, and eat the area's famous risotto or roast goose.
There are fabulous places to walk and explore in the hills around Asolo and on Mount Grappa (!) and it's a cycling paradise, with famous cycle manufacturers like Pinarello based here.
